Accepting my offer is easy: Just email or U.S. mail me a copy or original of your completed purchase agreement. Once received, I will complete my portion, submit it to the title company with earnest money, and then contact you on the same day to provide the title company's contact person and telephone. Also, I will schedule a time to photograph your land. An online or mobile notary are options to easily close escrow.

If you accept my offer to purchase your land, (using public records) the ownership and attributes of the property will be researched by a professional title company located in the same county as the property. Great deal...I will pay both seller and buyer costs for the title search!
